Thanks for the great demonstration. I had to take off my 3-point hitch assembly first which was straightforward enough just popping out the pins with quick release cotter-pins. I had a mental idea that it was going to be a giant PIA but putting on the backhoe was actually easy enough. Only hiccup was one of the hydraulic fittings at the quick-couple was loose so it squirted hydraulic fluid until I tightened it up. (Mental note to self: check fittings next time before firing up the hydraulic pump). I’m quite impressed by how clever the John Deere engineers are to make it easy to change out accessories! To take off my 3-point hitch and attach the backhoe was only about 40 minutes which included watching your helpful video! Remember to top-off the hydraulic fluid before using the hydraulics because there was some leakage.its a good idea to keep an extra gallon for that. If the hydraulic fluid gets low the hydraulic power drops off quite a bit.

Question? I struggled to conect the two hosed togetger( bypass) after had disconected the BH. It felt like it was a pressure on the female side. I did plai with all the controlls prior to disconect the hoses and tractor was off. It may be a trick to solf it, or I did someone wrong? Its my first JD, and a tractor with a BH. I'm very familiar with tractors and BH, but never had to uncoupleling it. Noticed also the hoses coming from the tractor side are set and hold differently, like more higher than my.

Another question, this BH has the same set up as the ones from 2019? Something looks different, my 1025R TBL& Mower is from 2019, just got it.

There have been some design changes to the 260B since yours was manufactured. That is most likely what you are noticing in this video. The hyd connections for the Power Beyond should not have pressure when uncoupling and coupling as long as you are following the recommended steps. I would recommend visiting the manual again and if the issue presist contact your local dealer.
