hi, are you able to adjust parameter 4? this is the battery cutoff voltage/switch back to grid threshold. I am unable to adjust it (when I make the adjustment and hit enter it seems to work but when I exit setting and then go back to check it is back to the default value rather than the one I programmed in). Also: have you had any issues since you made the above comment? Thanks and I hope you see this

Hello, I need information about the wiring, I already saw the video,I already read the manuel, but in case I need to bypass from input from utility AC 240V, how do I apply the 240V comming from the mains to the inverter and the load , in the video it shows from input 120v , but if I need to use L1 and L2 + N at the input to feed the load and to charge the battery. Let's say, I use a laundry dryer at 240V connected to the inverter that will runn fom the batteries only of the utility power goes off, so initially it will take from utility at 240V and then if power from the grid fails, it will switch to batteries.

So, I read the manual from top to bottom and in it states that the LFP14, LFP15, and LLFP16 setting, is the number of cells in your battery setup. A 12 volt Lifepo4 battery has 4 cells x 4 batteries is 16 = LFP16. Just an FYI for anyone else wondering. Thank you for the quick reply.

I'm under the impression that is not a 10kw inverter, but two inverters of 5kw each!?!? Hi, the distinction between primary and secondary. Under normal circumstances, the ordinary load is connected to the main load terminal. If the battery power is insufficient, the inverter will lose power and stop working. However, in order for some loads to be kept powered on all the time, there is a secondary load, which means that even if the battery power is a little low, the main load is still disconnected and only the secondary load is carried, thereby keeping the secondary load uninterrupted. This function requires setting items 41 and 42 to be turned on.

Hello, me again. I just realized after 9 months of usage that my inverter is not delivering enough power. I installed 8 solar panels of 550W, with 13A. But for some reason, the inverter never deliver more than 1~1.2A. I tested already the panels and they are working, delivering at least 360V. But when I turn on anything that requires more than 1A, the inverter switches to utility and stop using solar power. I'm not able to generate more than 0.5kWh, and I've seen several videos with people that with a half of solar panels I got, they're generating 3.5kWh. Please help me, I tried to write to the Facebook group, but nobody is willing to help me😢
