@@justkika__ in my case i just downloaded python and pip came along with it. And i have also faced this pip not recognized issue before because i was running it on terminal instead of cmd, in cmd it works fine for me.

​@@justkika__pip should be installed when u install python. Try pip --version in ur terminal(cmd). If it doesn't show, go to ur program directory where pythin is stored. There should be scripts folder, if there is pip file within it. U just need to add it to path. There are tutorials for how to add pip and py to path
