Paaji from where you get BRACKET BALL STUD (Aftermarket)? because here in delhi i tried several shop they said bracket comes along with the shocks its hard to find only bracket.

Paaji ye aapne hood struts hinges kahan se liye mene kitchen wle lagaye the pr vo bend ho gye pura set aa rha hai (shockers+hinges) mene hyundai santro me lagane hai shockers hai kya ye seprate aate hai.

Bhai, aap apni car k top model me check kro k hydraulic studs atte hain, agar atte hain to wo wale same use kro. Kitchen wale light duty hote hain. Har car ka hinge mechanism alag hota hai. Maine bhi latest model wali xuv me se check kr k liyae hain.

No bro, Toyota innova has different hinge mechanism. If u know any upper variant of innova that has hood gas studs, then there are chances that u can buy those variant studs and install in ur car. Thank you.

Hello , nice work , i want to do this in my xuv300 but no model comes with hydraulic struts , shall i proceed ? Second thing, isnt it risky to drill hes in body ? It will cause rust in few years.

Hi! I will say ‘NO’ Hinge mechanism of XUV 5oo and XUV 3oo is different and you have to check on your own to ensure fitment. It depends where you drill hole. In my case its good spot. Paint it immediately after making hole.

Yes you could install them and according to me there’s no need to drill u just need to make a custom extension clamp for the first bolt c at 1:26 …. Something clamp like this at 4:11 (you can get that clamp as a official spare part.. that part is the same part used in the boot as the company they will give)….. and at 4:28 the gas struct will be opposite side (I mean here it is towards right but for us it will be towards left)If u make custom clamp and you need to make another custom clamp like 4:39 on the side of engine area such that the hydraulic can move… but u need to install that clamp down… i mean a bit more towards the lights…. I think this will be good… But but take the struts of a below(lower/another model)car… I am trying this on my Hyundai Grand i10 and I’m advised to take gas structs of Hyundai Santro and it would be fine 👍 u need to take gas structs of kuv 300.. I think 👍👍👍
