Those are micro link extensions. She wraps string around it, ties it and then cuts the tips of the micro link

Thousand Dollar question for me is not how do you install it it is how do you get it out of your hair without damaging it after six weeks what does it look like that's the kind of videos I'd like to see! I'm not sold on these kind of things cuz I'm afraid they'll cause damage I have fine to a to two c hair

You can but if very thick weft are better, if very tight curly natural hair sometimes your hair can tangle around the top of the strand

I prefer these to tape ins because tape ins use glue and these just use an elastic thread that is safe for our hair @brazilianknotsatl
