Regarding X3 Tie-Rods - I purchased a used vehicle and it obviously still has the OEM steering rack. Question is, do you have a recommendation regarding the ends going into the steering rack? I see there are different options and wether to go with clevis ends or the OEM boot design. Thanks in advance and happy new year, cheers.

Happy New year! If you have a stock rack you can only run the stock rack option. 👍

@@shocktherapy4820 when I purchased the car had installed S3 brand tie rods with clevises on the steering rack side though. And it's OEM rack. Not sure that's the best of ideas though so figured I'd ask. Thx again

@@MAI-zl3li oh. I see. That’s an issue. The clevis should be removed and stock inner joints should be run. The reason is the clevis pivot point is wider than stock so you gain bump steer with that. The stock one is better for this. Order some stock inner joints and order our BDS tie rod kit for stock inner joints. Our 5/8 inner joint BSD kits are for our billet rack only.

I have a 2021 64” base what kit do I get? Whole kit or just the spacers? Will the 64” ds work?

All 64 are the same. You will need a complete kit if you currently have stock tie rods.

My stock tie rods on my 2021 x3 have right hand threads on inner and outer rod ends, I can not adjust toe in. ?

The inside joint is a ball socket. Leave the jam nut tight. It just spins by hand
