First tried COM1 - COM3, but then saw a USB001 virtual USB port. after I chose that it worked! Great

Had a previous driver installed but the scanner wasn't working, I followed the steps and didn't work, then I earsed the printer and plugged it again and it worked, hope it may help

Heeeelp after i downloaded it the file couldn't open because of something called winzip. I tried to do it with an USB and it didn't work either

To open that driver files, your computer must have one of the following zip software, Win zip, Win RAR, 7z, etc. After that, you'll get the same extract option. Here you can download the Winzip software: download.winzip.com/gl/gad/winzip24.exe Please report back if it doesn't work.

It is not specific that you must have USB001 port. It could be USB002, 003, DOT4_001, 002, 003. If you can't use one of their port names then make sure your printer is connected properly. Try to switch the USB port in the computer (connect it to another port.) Also make sure that your printer is powered ON. @@SetPrinter there are two printers installed. Inkjet and pixma 210🤔inkjet doesn't work. But pixma 210 works. I think people should know not to tape on inkjet and look for another second pixma

Don't worry, you can easily connect your printer to your PC. You just need to connect our printer's USB to the computer and make sure it is turned ON. After that, follow the video's instructions carefully. In the "select port" window, if you don't see USB001, 002, 003, DOT4001, 002, 003 port there, then it means the printer could not connect physically. In this case we suggest you to please plug the printer into another port of the PC, so that it can be detected.
