Before I set it up, it says "the old version will overlay can cause config missing". Now can't connect, it's offline.

The program was working great for 3 months. I have 2 different cameras set up from different locations. Suddenly 1 of them stopped working and is showing as offline. It is still working great from the APP but not on SMARTPSS. I have tried deleting the offline camera and setting it up again but that doesn't work. Any advice?
