How to install dynamic trajectory reversing camera to RCD330 radio.

This is a video how I wired my dynamic trajectory camera on my VW sharan 2011. RCD330 is sold usually with out a camera and the OEM camera does not work with this unit. Installation guide for the camera from the seller is very bad so here is a guide that will help you with the installation.

RCD330 is originally VW radio that was exclusive to the chinese market. I got my unit from alixpress. If they order from their get one that is in the eu warehouse. I do not know any shop that sell them here. Get a radio unit that supports your cars CAN version.

What camera would you you buy for a VW Tiguan 2013?

I think the tiguan uses the MQN platform since 2007. If you want dynamic camera the it should support the CAN. Best bet to find cheapest is e.g. aliexpress. Search with your car model and dynamic trajectory reversing camera. Plus the camera need to support your radio model also.

What camera would you you buy for a VW Passat 2007? I have this RCD 330 already and the rear sensors that comes with the car does have an awful high tone and the tone have no distance indicator, it just starts about 1m from the target.

According to wikipedia your car has PQ46 CAN. So you need to get a PQ46 camera for the RCD330 radio. The tone on the sensors use their own speaker. If you wish the change the tone you will need to change the actual speaker to another one. Usually it is somewhere in the back under some panels.

Yes this camera is for RCD330, you can confirm this from the camera seller first. They were very helpful with me and helped me to select the correct camera model for my car.

I have the lines but they do not move when i turn the wheel

Only in dynamic trajectory cameras they move. Most have static lines. If you have dynamic and they do not move check the CAN high and low wires that they are connected correctly.

Hi sorry to ask I have a Golf MK6 2010 I have installed the RCD330 I need to know which reverse camera I should order and that will work on the screen I have seen a lot of people have issues with these so want to purchase the right one Thanks in advance

Well good quality once cost a lot of money. I think my OEM VW one is about 250eur brand new. I bought the cheapest trajectory camera from aliexpress that was tested that it works with the RCD330 radio. You got to remember that camera is a very simple thing and for me this camera has worked well I have had no issues. The installation is the key. If you have the camera alway ON that it get direct 12v the camera will get hot and it will burn up and if you use a converter box the change the signal format that will burn up due to cheap components. But if the camera is correctly installed it only gets power when you revers and then it will not burn. But with cheap electronics it is always a gamble, because you never know if you get a lemon. Find a camera that works with your radio that does not need any adapter or converter boxes to operate. I know this was not that help full but I am no sales rep and I can only speak from past experiences.

Is this flip camera in emblem. I am planing to install that type camera and i need delay box but i am not shure how to connect him

it all depens on your car. I did not need any delay boxes and usually they are need only when using the video signal converter. My camera is not a flip one. But they do sell those that are. Usually if you are planing to use the OEM you will need a video signal converter because VW uses different signal format.

Sure if I can. As long as the camera is correct to your cars CAN version it should work without any issue.
