Dica de ouro, quando o E3D começar a dar problema com arquivo XML a solução que eu encontrei foi fácil, delete a pasta AVEVA que está no endereço de Disco Local (C:)\usuarios ome do usuario\AppData\Local\AVEVA. A pasta AppData vai estar oculta demorei aqui pra achar a solução, depois só é reinstalar o programa que vai funcionar sem problemas
