If you have multiple webcams open the run.bat notepad and change the last line like this
GazeRedirect.exe --split_screen_view=true --cam_id=1
where cam_id is something that defines your camera. By default it's 0. if it doesnt work change the 1 to a 2 and so on until it finds the right one

- Extract all from Zip file
Maxine Windows ARD SDK (BIN) folder:
catalog.ngc.nvidia.com/orgs/n...
- Extract all from Nvidia AR SDK
- Drag and drop the “bin” folder to the main folder in the first download. It has a file named README.MD
- GazeRedirect is located on \samples\GazeRedirect\
- Change Name of the run file to run.bat if it isn't already. (had troubles when i didn't change it from run)
- Duplicate the run.bat file and name the duplicate run.bat original. (just in case you want to reset back to original)
- edit run.bat file, copy paste from below:

I think you should mention that it only works for GPU with, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20XX and 30XX Series, Quadro RTX 3000, TITAN RTX, or higher (any NVIDIA GPUs with Tensor Cores). that means GTX models will not work. Learned it the hard way.

Not sure how to make specify which webcam to use. But I have suggested to others to unplug the other webcams and only have the one you want to be used plugged in. Other than that I'm unsure as to why is doesn't work with elgato cam link. I use a logitec brio myself

Thanks mate. Not sure mate. I only have one camera. Maybe If you unplug all of the cameras except the one you want. Then run the program and when it's good plug the others back in? Or switch where the cameras are plugged in it may change which one is used?

my computer has this GeForce RTX 2070 8GB it runs fine. so going off that im sure the 3060 will be good enough. Truthfully i dont know the big differences between each graphics card but mine works absolutely fine. you loose a little bit of clarity using the software because its going through multiple sources. but its not that bad. you can usually fix it enough with a few filters in OBS hopefully this helps

I feel Maxine works a little better than broadcast but broadcast is much more user friendly. Also Maxine can convert your eyes in post production. Like if you used your phone to record or a hand held camera or video recorder

how do you remove the redirected output watermark on zoom? cuz cropping it in the obs doesn't seem to work

If you crop it and set a scene up to use obs virtual camera it should work

Was able to get the "GazeRedirect" window to pop up and show myself and the video with the "Redirected Output" text in the upper left but looking at the camera with my head forward, I don't see any gazeredirect in action on my eyes. I just see the feed from the camera with no AI overlay. What am I doing wrong? Not sure if it is because I am using Elgato Camlink from a DSLR but would assume not since it just converts the hdmi from the DSLR into a webcam on the computer.

It should be working. Do a recording of you reading a script and watch it back. The software obviously has its limitations to how far it will correct your eyes

I'm having an issue when I output side by side where it's only tracking my nose not my eyes. could this be due to lighting?

Lighting is a big one. Camera position. It can be a little tricky to get right

It only works with nvidia graphics cards. RTX 20/30/40 series I have a 2070 and it works well.
