How to install FMCB (Free Mc Boot) on SCPH-9000x

In this video i'm going to show you how to install FMCB on scph-9000x and how to boot FMCB Ulauncher from FMCB Memory card Even FMCB is not booting ( no disc needed )
Sorry this video won't work because the method to boot FMCB's uLE was working for me because i have installed modchip on my PS2 (DMS4 1.0 S.E) for other Modchips there is another method to boot uLE, anyways if you have a modchip you can boot uLE or any "Elf" by placing a elf file renaming to "BOOT.ELF" and create a "BOOT" folder on memory card #1 and place the BOOT.ELF on boot folder...

Attention guys: ps2 SCPH90001 slim model doesnt work/run on ps1 iso. Opentuna and Funtuna will freeze while loading games if you put ps1 iso inside CD folder. However, on other ps2 slim models running fmcb will run ps1 iso just fine from CD folder. It took me two days to figure this out from trials and errors. HAHAhaaa.. I just bought ps2 slim 90001 couldnt figure out why game loading screen freezes. Haaahaa. Google search didnt help at all.

Bảo Nguyễn Thiên you have the use the 007 agent underfire method or you can use 007 nightfire. You have the change the driving.elf to a modded version that will boot into cogswap then burn ulaunch.elf to a cd and then hot swap from a ps2 cd game to the Ulaunch.elf cd then it will load ulaunch.elf then you can install free mcboot on your memory card but make sure you have all the required files. Fmcb, ulaunch.elf, OPL, esr, and hd loader.

I got a 2nd hand PS2 while is already moded , w/ DMS4 1.0 SE Lite-

DMSx (x=3 or x=4) [DMS3 / DMS4) is a modchip for PS2 like Modbo / Matrix infinity , etc .. modchips but diffferent from it. (DMS4 don't have support to run PSX backups :'( while Modbo n Matrix infinity have support to play PSX backups) overall all the modchips supports all kind of PS2 Games (except DVD-9 - only few modchips have DVD9 support)

Modchip don't crack/mod BIOS , it just help bypass few limits that a BIOS has. it will work unless or untill ur DateCode is not 8D or else ur model should be 2007 or older year

I never seen DateCode 2D on 9000x Series - i've seen a blank date code box n DateCode -8D nothing else. and for FMCB mostly modchip should be disabled. or else FMCB wont work(if FMCB supported for your console)

DWMCrasher98 Game discs are not as simple as just taking a game in the format of a .iso and burning it onto a blank disk. There's a hell of a lot of encryption and formatting done to put on region locking, make the disc readable by the PS2's software, etc. So it is impossible for you to just burn a .iso onto a blank dvd and have it run.

DateCode matters for FMCB - it should not be 8D or above.and if FMCB wont work u can use Mc.Dev method (search on gogole for Mc.Dev for modchips) to boot Ulauncher.

Yes sure - you are lucky - it will work - but some modchips needs to be disabled (and i don't know which modchips are needsed to be disabled) - try it - you will surely get sucess.

alvaro u you have to format it in order to get a better results. or else you may face prob w/ FMCB if u install w/o formatting it - it's recommend to format it onceyou can copy/move your mc save data to your usb via Ulauncher.ELF
