Is it normal to get an error on nissan folder when installing? I tried installing it, then running on the nissan icon, it gave an error out, saying it was missing something. Error code 5 i think. Then i proceeded to re-install and it allways gives an error on the nissan forlder.... Can't delete it either, sais i don't have permitions

Possible reason: 1. You did't connect the device with laptop and install driver. 2. Your laptop missing mfc110u.dll file. Google search this file and download.
