had the same issue, i figured it out. Go back into your scripts folder - LTDBusiness - LTDJobConfig, doubleclick it. Select editor and then change the value of ''ENABLE_CHEAT_PANEL'' from FALSE to TRUE, then save that. Should work now, have fun :3
