I had it on my note 8, you should try older versions od the SDK, the new versions are for android 10

The task changer need an update for one ui 2 it coming in Januar says samsung, if you tab on the app options in the top left corner and then click on android 10 status you can see with ones are up to date for android 10.

Also, it does not automatically download by itself, I have to do it manually. Some apps are not possible to download, it shows me all the versions but does not show me the option to download.
