You need to enable virtual machine platforms from windows features, follow all the steps correctly. And make sure, that if you have disabled device guard, enable it.

Basically, Play store is installed but icon is not visible in start menu. For that u have to open windows subsystem for android setting from start menu and launch Android files from first option. Then wsa will start for the first time and play store icon will be available to launch.

You should try reinstall the windows, virtualization is already a big issue with windows. It doesn't work sometimes because of some technical issues. It may be fixed with reinstall. Because exactly I don't know what's wrong. It may happen because of multiple reasons. I don't know exactly what's wrong. Reinstalling windows may help. Thanks for sharing ur problem.

No need for any antivirus in windows 10 or 11, both of the Windows versions come with built-in antivirus, which is more than enough. It will work the same as so called paid antivirus nowadays, even due to the heavy system that uses third party antivirus slow down windows performance as well.
