Hi, that might be possible to make a grille for the Peugeot 208 but we don't have those here in the USA =( If we were to look into it, I'd need one of them shipped over here to get hands on with it.

@@customcargrills oh no that's such a shame I have a spare grill ( which I all ready cut out) and surround as I had to buy a complete new standard grill but I live in the uk and shipping would cost way to much I'm so gutted as I love the look just haven't got the knowhow. Is it pretty difficult to cut the grill material? I want to do this with my 2013 FRS but obviously will have to order the 16x48" sheet and cut to shape. Any tips?

I'm not going to say it's easy to cut the Perf GT mesh, but in my opinion it is reasonable to do by hand with a good pair of tin snips. I'd suggest making a good paper template first and then transferring it to the mesh before cutting.

@@customcargrills sweet thanks, do you think a medal cutting dremel would be better or would snips be the most efficient? I’ve worked using paper templates for projects like this before, would the best way to bend so that I can glue it just be using needle nose pliers maybe?

I prefer using the tin snips over a dremel. As for bending the mesh, you'll probably need to hammer it over a wood mold to get a good fit.

The 2017+ is similar but different. I haven't personally tested the fit to see what (if anything) is needed to be done different for the install.

Feel free to buy the premade and be the tester for it =) It might be plug-n-play right out of the box, or it might need a little work; Im not sure.

From what I understand the install is very similar. I think there's a little additional cutting needed in the upper corners but the overall shape and size of the grille opening is the same and the mesh piece will work for it.

Will it work on a 1st gen 2020 BRZ Limited?

Yes, this mesh piece can work on the facelifted bumper. We have a picture of an install of that here: www.customcargrills.com/customers/Subaru-BRZ-2013/Custom-Mesh-Grille-For-Subaru-BRZ_08.jpg With that said, there is a small different in the upper corners, compared to the first version of the bumper. So, yes, this will physically fit, but you'll need to do a little extra cutting on the sides if you want a smooth transition from the upper corners.

How does this work if you need a front license plate?

Owners can either cut a hole in the mesh and use a tow hook plate holders, or just tie the plate directly to the mesh.

Do you have any other pictures of it after it's reinstalled? I think BRZ's have a taller height area where the grille goes compared to the FRS-86's but I can't fully tell without comparing them in person but it seems like the BRZ grille space kinda looks awful big without the solid bar from the OEM grille

It can, we have some pictures of these on the updated bumper style. That said, the install is just a pinch different, with a little additional cutting than what I show in this video.
