Thanks for the vid Lads, would be interested to know what the lateral and shear weight capabilities are with a single thread screw, ie for fixing kitchen cupboards etc? Perhaps you could do a vid demonstrating the products capabilities and potential limitations?

15kg per only 1 screw according to their info sheet, but I also would like to see a demo on it's capabilities.

Why load the wallboard at all? Just install continuous horizontal blocking or drill through to block.

I'd still use a fastener that spreads the load behind the board and locks in place. Snap toggle for anything heavy.

Not used this board before. Would always use a plasterboard fixing anyway because clients are notorious for overloading shelves and it’s not worth the headache 🤕 😂👍🏼

British Gypsum say,with Gyproc Habito 'you can fix heavy objects like TVs and radiators exactly where you want them with no special fixings, and only one screw per 15kg', I wouldn't feel happy trusting it to support a Type 22 radiator say 1200mm or longer in length, or even a big vertical radiator, but this old timer might just be wrong.

Can I assume it's a denser board than standard plasterboard? What increased sound proofing qualities does it have?

How much weight can this board hold exactly? Especially when adhered to a wall and not just screwed to a stud partition? As other people have mentioned it would be interesting to know if it could be used to support kitchen cupboards. In the past we've just used OSB in the kitchen and just fixed plasterboard over the top. But this would be a much easier solution.
