This video is giving me anxiety. I would NEVER mount that to a stud on my ceiling with those tiny screws. Great way to end up with your butt on the ground and holes in your ceiling. Lag screws would be much, much safer.

You have to find a stud(beam) in the ceiling to screw into, drywall would not hold a person, he shows how to find the stud in the video

Absolutely not. Screws grip into the studs, while nails would just slip out.
