Is the USB GPT FAT32 or GPT NTFS? In your video I see FAT32, but FAT32 can not accept file bigger than 4gb. Please give more details. Tx!

Good step but if you install the OS and Power went off unexpected and server shutdown the OS get corrupt. And must be reinstall the OS again because it gives error" OS drive is lock and cannot be access" Why?

Fine! Question: How could de reinstall Windows on existing HDs?? Should we have to mount RAID5 again?? Destroy the existing parition? The problem is: change Win 2019 from Server Datacenter to Standard.

No need to destroy or remount the raid, simply you can format and reinstall the os in existing drive. Win 2019 have option, in my believes, if you apply the standard key in to the Datacenter version it will convert standard..

Yes, you can buy SSD from HPE prefer partner and it will work fine. just be careful with the hdd speed.
