For anyone doing this, I would like to suggest that most if not all the threaded fasteners on this project will have a best fit with metric wrenches and sockets. Also, I think releasing the tension on the torsion spring on the side that you are working on, will make it much easier to remove and install the suspension mounting bolt. That torsion spring is trying very hard to push the suspension down from the tunnel, at the mounting point. You may want to lift up the track from underneath with your knee.

I would also like to add that after drilling both holes through the tunnel and bumper you may want to remove your bumper and go up to 1/4 “ drill bit on the inside of the BUMPER ONLY or else your technically riveting your bumper to your sled if you don’t.

Great video! I have a question for you, when you remove the upper arm retaining bolt, did you heat it to loosen the locktite? I have a 22 mm wrench, and when I tried to loosen it, it bent the wrench, I’m thinking there is Loctite on there.

Another great video. I am going to install these on my 2019 grand touring 2 up sled. Can you also let me know what lift you use for your sled? I want to get a lift to change slides and other maintenance. Thanks for your help
