probably the best window on market we have had more than a few ,my roofer wasnt happy not velux fit it and said order me 2 for his job fit nothing else now , the quality there design and easy fit .

I don't understand, you say there is no need for ladders or scaffolding, but you still need to take the tiles, felt and batten off the roof to make the frame for the window. You will need a ladder or scaffolding to do that. I guess there is an advantage of not having to carry the window up the ladder, but you still need to carry the window up the loft ladder. This also assumes that the loft hatch is actually big enough for the window to fit through. I'm not convinced, and as a roofer, I'll not be buying this

Question once this is done no water should leak through?? We have had this fitted and are having leaks!

fit from inside but the installer is outside on the roof fitting flashing etc, yet you say no need for scaffold. I think this is dangerous to advise people to potentially go several stories high without scaffold, im not convinced, i would rather remove the sash and work from inside
