How to Install Kurlgenics 16" clip ins from Kinkistry

How many bills does it take to get a full sew in with the kurlgenics wefts?

This looks to be the same length that this same model is wearing on your website. I asked customer service how many inches the model is wearing on the website and I was told 20”. But it doesn’t look that long. So now I’m confused.
