Hello again Philipp! I have only one problem at the end of the tutorial... The OpenStudio bubble in grasshopper (from the afn_apartment_model) reports this error: "1. Solution exception:Your Rhino Model units system is: Meters. Is this correct? There must be at least 3 vertices for a Polyface3D. Got 1" I hope this is just a model error and it has nothing to do with the installation. Either way, I still follow your tutorials and they help me a lot! Keep it up!

Yes looks like a model error or a wrong handling of data in the script. Make sure you verify the installation as shown in the video.

I can't do the step 1: This message appear: Ladybug Tools installation folder created at: C:\Users\DELL OS\ladybug_tools Runtime error (PythonException): Download failed with the error: Unable to connect to the remote server Traceback: line 67, in download_file_by_name, "" line 127, in script CAN YOU HELP ME!

Not sure what the problem is. Maybe there was a downtime in the server. Have you tried it again? Might try running rhino in admin mode when installing. Also make sure you follow the installation guide step by step.

Hi, I don't have that error. So I don't know what the problem could be. Are you the admin of your system? Maybe there is a problem with installation right? Are you connected to the internet when installing?

The compatibility matrix is for ladybug tools version and required third party software. Regardless of R6 or R7. Just make sure to follow all steps to install the Ladybug tools correctly for R6 first, then the third party software.
