Hit the escape key qhen the mint logo appears, that opens up the scrolling terminal view of the boot process. You may be able to see where it stalls.

What is your laptop model? You can try searching on the mint forums for your specific laptop. Looks like a Vivobook, probably? But idk your exact hardware Looks like someone else with a Vivobook S14 said they had disabled "secure boot" and "fast boot" both should in the bios, as well as something called VMD. (I'm not sure if that's a bios setting too, would have to look into it more) Though it's very possible they may have been having a different issue than you are. They said it wasn't recognizing their hard drive, and wanted to install on their usb or something.

If you don't think it's any of those settings, do you have multiple drives? You can check if the correct drive is being loaded up first by default in the bios

In summary I would check in the bios settings if secure boot and fast boot are disabled first. If that doesn't fix it let me know and I'll try to help you troubleshoot some more! It probably isn't the VMD setting unless you're also having issues getting it to install on the right drive like the other guy I mentioned. On my small screen I can't tell for sure, but it seemed to me like installed on the correct drive with no problems.
