So i'm pretty sure I have followed everything correctly. The path to lua is set and I get the confirmation in cmd that lua is found. but for whatever reason. It cannot find the test.lua file I created. it was in its own folder following the lua folder. then i put it with the lue files themselves. It will not find it? --->v Edit: So I was mistaken to think I could add the extension to the file while typing the name. You CANNOT apparently do that. Viewed the extensions and found it was still in txt format. Hope this helps someone chasing their tail.
