First one was from scratch, new one is using a prebuilt EFI so the video is shorter.

I tried your prebuilt EFI for 8th gen (Z390), replaced the serials and adde my USB mapping kext. I created a USB install stick with macOS Sequioa 15.1 Beta Dev. It boots fine but after some screen text on startup I get the forbidden sign and it stops. I am using SMBIOS iMacPro1,1. What can be the reason for the halt and forbidden sign? macOS Sequoia should be able to run on this model.

@@teema.everythingtech i was able to solve this problem by turning boot mode to UEFI but got stuck in another problem After installing macOS Sequoia the first time and clicking on macOS installer, PC kept restarting I clicked on macOS installer for more than 10 times but same issue.

Howdy, i finally got this too work but graphics in about doesn't show my RTX3070 and only shows 7mb. How do I get the graphics to work because the install screen was all yellow (but the install grey windows with each step was fine. I noticed after all installed and just before I went to 'about' that I tried to change the background to an image but would only allow 1 color BG, understandably. How do I change that please. I have an Intel I7 9700F, 32GB ram, RTX3070 , Gigabyte MB and Win11Pro...and it runs really well (apart form that.) I couldn't go back to a VMWARE Macos as it was SOOO SLOWW. Help ^_^, Rob.

Can i ask: I have to PCIe 3x16 slots on my MB. I can purchase a AISURIX RX580 8GB RGB to put in that slot for running the Mac. It seems to say: Fully supported by macOS with native drivers. Works well for most macOS applications and some light gaming or graphics work. is that an OK option? Thank you.

@@asleb Thanks...i want ahaed and bought an RX 5500 and installed it on a new M,2 1TB drive , just Mac...and all works superfast...awesome. Bluetooth and WIFI not working and a few other nigglies..but il sort them out later. It didn't create a EFI partition so I wasn't able to copy the Opencore EFI folder over...so I use Macs own Disk Utility, created a 100MB partition, copied over the EFI folder from USB to that and now it boots to a 10 second screen to choose windows 11 (defaults to that) and I can chose MacOS 15. How do we upgrade this "beta" to the new release? It wont do it

I got stuck on the simpliest step 1 unexpectedly. I downloaded balenaEtcher-1.19.21.Setup and Olarila Sequoia raw file. When I run balenaEtcher, it didn't recognize the USB drive nor raw file. I tried to run balenaEtcher as administrator and different computer. Same problem again. Is there any alternative way to flash macos to USD drive.

No problem.

Remove the windows drive when you are ready to install macOS. Then install macOS and put back your windows drive. OpenCore should then on boot give you the option to boot macOS or windows.
