Every video I watch teaches you exactly how to install the mode to use the steering wheel, but everyone else has the gearshift, I don't have it, but I don't think that means anything because there is an automatic gearshift option, my steering wheel doesn't turn the wheel in gta, the figure leans to the sides but the wheels remain straight, any tips?

the mod is outdated for the manual transmission. if you have a back up file , revert gta back to 3028 or before ideally. hope this helps :D@@ale-pj3vj

The newer version of tghe game made the mod incompatible. Theres no way to play gta v with wheels currently

The mod is outdated. Rockstar released an apdate to the game last decenber and this newer version is not compatible with the mod unfortunately. Cunrrently there is no mod to play gta v with wheel. So you have to kind of downgrade your gta v to the last compatible version, but I don't know how to do that.

​@@theroamingace3668 open the controll in and in line 2 you change the menu key to F9 or whatever you prefer. The weels dont stir till you make adjustments. if you set andvanced stiring to default the tires turn wo any advanced adjustments.

I had the same issue as you, to solve it used this path ManualTransmission/settings_menu/ then changed line 2 from its' default to F5 so my menu opens with F5. You can make it whatever key you want if you would prefer a different key
