Looks like a good product ..however why not just choose those motion sensor bulbs?i have those and they work just fine. What is the advantage of this one? I'm only talking about bulbs/ lights? Have to buy more so want to see if this is superior to the bulbs..pls let me know. Thanks.

Hopefully you read this response. The bulbs you are talking about use PIR for motion detection which is useful for areas where you aren't spending a good amount of time (like walking through your garage or apartment corridor) they turn off quickly and don't detect mild movements which can be very annoying if you are still in the room doing something The one in this video is microwave based, which is very sensitive to movement (although it can be adjusted) hence making it possible to stay in the room and complete your tasks without the need to shake your arm violently to turn on the light again

Moreover the lights with sensor are very expensive and they only can be used for single light but PIR sensor or microwave sensor can be used for many lights... Eg profile lights and all.
