I try to avoid using sites other than the official BeamNG mods repository because in a lot of cases the quality of the mods aren't very good. Thanks for watching!

Hello, great video. But if you download the mods from a Russian website (Sketchier mod websites), will it download a virus into the PC that installed the mod? I've downloaded the BTR-80 from World Of Mods but I checked my file too, there isn't there the mod.

Honestly, it may be fine, but I'd highly recommend at least running a virus scan on the files you download from there (right-click the file > Scan with Windows Defender should be an option) before using them :)

The BTR-80 from WorldOfMods is literally just an empty folder, it doesn't work, I have no idea how that got approved, there is no mod, just an empty folder

If you download a mod from the in-game repository, you can be certain there's no virus

When you're in the game, try opening up the menu and selecting the mods icon. From here you can check and see if the mod is listed there. This will tell you whether the game recognizes the mod or not. If it does, there may be an issue with the mod itself. If it's not even showing here, it might be an issue with how you've installed it. Make sure you're saving the .zip file (don't extract it) to your Documents/BeamNG.drive/Mods folder. Hope this helps!

@@BNGFPlus Hehe, not the movie, the car called Gavril Bandit, it's a car from Rigs of Rods, if you didn't know and couple of years ago it has imported to Beamng, and in your video I noticed that you have it downloaded on your mod list.. 😅

Either the game is paused (press 'J' to unpause), or check this setting: Click the gear icon along the top of the World Editor, click 'User Interface' on the left side of the window that opens, and make sure 'Enable Vehicle Controls' is checked. Hope it helps and thanks for watching!

They updated the game recently, it's now 'F11' to open World Editor and Script AI Manager can be found under Window > Gameplay > Script AI Manager.

When you open the game launcher (double click on the desktop icon), before you select Launch Game, click 'Manage User Folder' and then 'Open in Explorer' which will show you where your mods folder is. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!
