So you just make a mod folder and a fs22 folder and put it in there and it somehow puts it in the game? I’m new to this and makes no sense how it works

“My games” folder you will see farm sim 22 and then afterwards you will see the mods folder

@@colbybartz5489 I figured it out, I actually can make my own folder, and label it mods. It’s case sensitive though. It has to be lowercase, my mistake was labeling it “Mods”. I suppose it’s all encrypted and the game recognizes which files are legit and readable and which files aren’t

I feel like I did something wrong, but I have rewatched this video multiple times and have done everything right. When I check the ingame mod hub, nothing is there, when I go to load up a game, I don't get the screen you got to enable/disable mods, and non of my mods are working. Do you know why this could be?

OK, I know you probably don’t respond to comments, but I have a question so every time I try to open up farming 22 on my PC it would keep saying error cannot read profile path. I looked up in one of the things to fix it. I needed to find my documents and then go to my games, but there is my folder in my documents and I cannot find anywhere in my files, so what do I do? Please answer This it would mean alot

i’ve never had that problem, but it could be your launcher you use. i use the epic games launcher for fs22 and ive never had any issues. but if you use steam or something else you might come across an issue but im not sure.

my suggestion would be to start completely over if you’re having a problem in your game files. uninstall and reinstall the game and go from there. if that doesn’t work switch your launcher.

as long as they have PC and the mods are cross play compatible u will be fine but they have to both be the same version of the mod. so if u have a mod like "F-150 v2" and they have "F-150 v1" it wont work they have to both be V2 or both be V1. hope this helps.
