The allowed space for PlayStation is purely because of a regulation from Sony. I have an XSX and a PS5 and for Fallout 4 Sony heavily restricts code manipulation for “safety” by only letting us download less than a 5th of the mods available for Xbox. You may remember a Fallout mod temporarily bricking some Xboxes? This is what Sony say they’re trying to avoid. Also limiting mod space to 1GB is seen as a safety precaution by them. Sony are super strict buzzkills man. That’s the only reason. PS5 has a slight GPU inferiority (but faster I/O) but nothing that could affect modding these ancient games. Both PS5 and XSX are using literally less than a 10th of their power to run the Stalker trilogy.

@stoner2tap464 Same here actually. What console are you on? Also, that's something I'd recommend you comment on the mod page for the modder to see. It's still pretty early on, so the mods aren't optimized so much on console just yet.

I'll have to look into that issue and may possibly make a video in regards to trouble shooting. The general rule of thumb I'd suggest is to unsubscribe/uninstall every Mod and install one Mod at a time while checking that everything is functioning properly.

@Radagon143 just to make sure.. you shouldn't need to manually download anything. The act of subscribing should initiate download on console alone and un-subscribing should uninstall.

As long as i can bash my head playing misery mod again. The jumping never really felt good to me with a keyboard and mouse. The controller might be a little more intuitive for me.

You can play offline with the mods, but you'll need to start the game with the internet connected. make a save file with the mods and you should be good to go with the mods you've already downloaded. note: (you won't be able to remove mods until you reconnect to the internet.)

@kimzabo02 could be a mod causing the issue. Try un-subscribing from Mod on website then adding each mod 1 by 1 to verify which mod is causing game to crash.

@SlenderKid7 If one Mod is bad, it will crash every time. Try un subscribing from all Mods and install each mod 1 at a time to see which ones are causing PS5 to crash. Also, I would check the notes on the Mods. Sometimes they'll say it's not working on PS5
