Does this mod need W2C mod? Because on the compass during racing they use World layout but I can't get there because it just walls.

It worked for me , but i don't see some of the newly added cars like the bugatti, m3 gtr, ccx etc.

They can only be unlocked through reward cards.

It depend of the version, i did it with the collector edition and it work but you will have install patch 1.4 and executable of 1.4 (sorry or my bad english)
