i find that lexus built this car with the rear diffuser / rear top-bot length too long / high up? Hence look a little distorted

Is that the stock exhaust? (The muffler diameter appears larger and appear to have a non stock staggered pattern)

We are not sure if the customer had a stock exhaust or not. But the diffuser IS compatible with the stock exhaust.

Does the F light stay lit even when not braking?

It'll be the same as your factory brake lights, so when you have the lights activated during the night, our diffuser light will be on but when you break, the diffuser's light will have a brighter flash like the tailights.

yes the light will stay on, and when you brake it will light up brighter

what's the difference between the 500 and the 350 diffuser if any

The 300/350 and 500 OEM valances are completely different in the shape/design, so will be the diffusers. The 500 is noninvasive, unlike the 300/350 diffusers.

do you need to drill any holes into the car for a front lip, side skirts or spats?

Yes! The Front uses 1-inch screws while the sides and rears use 3/4-inch screws.
