@@BI4Training thank you for answering me, I did all the steps of installation and reinstallation and restart of the services also but it does not work, the installation is well complete odoo server and postgresql (all in one); I tried even to install under pycharm ca gives me cryptography errors, I tried to change the port also it does not work, can it be of my version windows family?
