I unfortunately was one of those people that pressed yes to the new version 4.3.258. I have since deleted that version and went back to 4.2.279. The problem I am now having that the print and cut of way off. I tried to print a calibration sheet, however, it will not print. Do you have any suggestions or do I need to go back to the version prior to 4.2.279? Any help would be so appreciated.

Unfortunately they software page no longer shows any earlier versions. My issue with version 4 in my windows7 64 bit doesn't have bluetooth so won't cut. Will be calling them monday morning...not happy.

Hi! I have ordered the cameo 4 and need serious help with set up and what version I need to use. I have an initial problem where my cameo did not come with the roller feeder so I will have to exchange it for another one. In this video you mentioned a website to go And find the the five videos with specific instructions for the cameo 4. Your voice cut out just as you were saying the website name. Can I find out what that is?

Ive learned my lesson. I'm making a sticker that Ive placed on my Mac lol click LATEr. I just wanted to cry when I clicked to update. But lucky I had my laptop and had the same version I was using before and it worked. now installing on my Mac and hopefully it works. thank you for this video.

Hi! I have a Cameo1. Originally running 4.4. It started freezing so bad. I found another video that suggested uninstalling and installing 4.3.370 under the Legacy versions. However, I've done all of that and still getting the (NOT RESPONDING) error and freezing. Is there a better version? I'm running windows 10 64bit on my HP laptop. Any advice is appreciated.

My husband followed your instructions for pc for the cameo 4. And now he's having issues getting the cameo 4 to send the image to cut. And silhouette America says the current version for cameo 4 is the 4.4 version? And no it's taking a long time installing. What do we do next

There are many version os V4.4 so you'll need to look at the numbers after V4.4.XXX to find an older "Legacy" version of the software. Please keep in mind, if you are going BACK to an older version on PC you will need to uninstall the higher version first. If it's taking a long time to install on a PC it's usually b/c there's a pop up that's been hidden that you need to click through from Windows before it will move forward with the installation.

No matter what I do, my Cameo 3 no longer works with Silhouette Studio. I have uninstalled. My PC says my cameo 3 is ready but then it gets stuck on "initializing" and it won't send to my Cameo. So frustrating!!!

Hi Randy I know you directed this question to Melissa, however I can answer it for you based on my experience. I have the Business Edition and when I uninstalled the software 4.3 to re install the 4.2 version I did not loose anything. It went back to the Business Edition. In other words you will be fine and won't loose your Business Edition version.

Turning off anti-alias in SS coupled with making sure your windows display setting is set to open apps at 100% (mine was set to a recommended 125% unknowingly) has eliminated my constant crashes
