This was very helpful, direct, simple, and stable. I tried installing earlier before using this and I messed up the listener somehow I connected to XE once before setting up the listener, but after trying the wrong way to setup the listener, and, I think rebooting, I couldn't connect at all. I had tried starting the oracle instance and service before doing the listener. What a mess. I tried then doing the listener the right way but the system was already messed up. SO.... I totally uninstalled Oracle and followed THESE instructions. Everything worked perfectly!! Thank you SO MUCH. Well presented. Patrick

Its a client-server architecture .. if you create table using a particular client .. the table will be created in the server database ... and automatically sync with all clients
