Here I show you how to install the Pixieset Plugin for lightroom. This plugin allows photographers to easily streamline their edits from edit to delivery! This lightroom plugin from pixieset has saved me soo much time in the editing process.

*updated*Highlights doesn't appear under "test collection" album. And it doesn't say publish but import/export. I'll keep trying because I'm obviously missing something. Any suggestions? Nevermind, I didn't realize I was adding the collection to the pixieset tab rather than my library. Oops.

That I’m not sure. I believe as of now it’s just the full res photo because pixieset gives clients the option to download higher or lower resolutions

@@brendonleerogers1794 replying. Although I love that we can transfer it directly, it's not an awesome thing as I'm just trying to transfer a Proof gallery (so many images!) for image selection. I use the Nikon D850, the files are HUGE, it takes way too much space in Pixieset and takes forever to transfer. =/ But your tutorial is awesome! Thank you so much for sharing it.

do you know if there's a way I can bring my pixieset photos to lightroom? A client of mine made some favourites on a photoshop in pixieset and I want to somehow bring those specific ones in LR.

Unfortunately it would have to be done manually as far as I know there isn’t any way to transfer directly from pixieset to LR. You should get a notification that your couples have selected their favorites and you should be able to access those photos on the back end of pixieset. Hope this helps 👍

Hi so I uploaded directly to pixieset but the quality changed (pixilated). Do you know why? I also tried from Lightroom to desktop folder (and it was fine) then to pixieset and quality changed again

According to pixieset website it would appear it only supports Lightroom classic unfortunately >.

My normal pixieset uploads are fine it’s just the Lightroom plug in that’s being so slow and giving me an error and I’m not computer savvy at all so I have no clue what to do I was just trying to make my life easier 😭

I have a question, followed your directions and when I went to mix the collection didn’t give me a highlights underneath the collection set. Is my first time using collection so I’m not familiar with that function in LR. Whenever I drag and drop them into the collection it just giave me an option to import or to export not to publish.
