Great product. You guys never cease to amaze. Quick one for you: How easy is it to remove the spike on days where you may not need it or while traveling to your next fishing hole? Thanks.

The spike can come out and off very easily, you can also take the whole driver off by removing the main bolt by hand and leaving just the mount behind on the hull. This is popular for people that fish inland and love the PowerPole but remove it when they go offshore to save some weight and not have it on the back of the boat.
