6:30 "Installing Profile Light without false ceiling" I have consulted a few architects and many electricians. As per all of them, it is not safe to lay wires out directly beneath the profile lights without using conduit and/or flexible pipes (as used in the case of false ceilings) directly on the slab by "cutting jheeri directly on slab" as suggested by you in the video. This may be a short-term solution but is both "unsafe" and "unsustainable". Please take it as constructive criticism and clarify the same via a short video if possible. In your previous video (on the topic) as well, many of your subscribers have shared the same opinion.

Even I was told the same about my contractor. He said that if v want to profile light directly by cutting the slab, the slab must have been layed with increased thickness.

"cutting jheeri directly on slab" I don't think that's what he suggested, his suggestion was to cut the plaster (not slab) and fit those profile lights there. The plaster is usually 5mm+ and that's good enough for those thin aluminum profiles (your mileage may vary). And there's no need to lay wires beneath the profile lights, the leds should carry their own current - you'll need to give them current at more than one point if the length is long and you notice a drop. Connect them at the point closest to an existing source (like a ceiling light that crosses the route, or closest point to the fan). Now you can get thin flat PVC conduits that you might be able to bury if your length is short with nil or minimal intrusion on the slab but if it's really that short (1 feet or less) - might not even be worth doing that. Just get the thinnest double core wire that meets the consumption requirements and it'll do just fine sitting in the plaster or putty. As far as safety is concerned, IMO long LED strips on aluminum is a bigger safety concern than those wires. My macbook's charger went bad once and was outputting 100V+ on ground to laptop and I got a shock from that. If a product from a company like apple can malfunction this way, think about how likely it is that your 12V output is floating at higher voltage from true ground. If I'm getting one, I'll make sure to at least get the insulated ip65 rated ones so as to not cause fires from moisture, regardless of where I'm using it.
