RabbitMQ is a popular messaging software. It can be installed on Kubernetes cluster using Helm charts. This video showcases how to use Bitnami chart to install RabbitMQ on Kuberentes cluster. It can also be done using an Operator based apporach or by using the Manifest files. I prefer Helm charts for its simplicity and the ability to override some of the values.

Any good tutorial on how to use Helm chart rabbitmq-cluster-operator to deploy to AKS/k8s? I updated value file to my best knowledge but I don’t see rabbitmq service (since this is cluster) and I don’t know which hostname to use to connect using internal services and how to access the UI portal to manage

hi Nikhil, The default value for the service Type is ClusterIP. You can override this and expose the service using LoadBalancer type service outside the Kubernetes cluster. However, I am a bit concerned about entering this field as a fresher because I lack hands-on experience. I'm worried about meeting the expectations from the other side. To address this, I am considering pursuing certifications such as CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer), Docker certification, and GACE (Google Associate Cloud Engineer) certification. hi Rakesh, With 9 years experience, you are no longer a fresher. You can start to learn about containerisation, cloud-native application development using Orchestrator like Kubernetes, DevOps practices related to CI CD etc. Use your existing skills in full stack development and see how you can adapt them to suite the needs of modern application development. There are lot of resources online where you can get end to end projects in these areas to try your knowledge and build new skills. I suggest you set a goal for yourself to learn these things over next 3-6 months and then take up the certification. I don't believe in taking up certifications just for the sake of taking them. My preference is to learn the tool or technology and then take up the certification. Hope this helps
