My English is bad, but I want to be thankful for your work. I had a problem with the start service rabbitmq service said "service has already been started", however rabbitmq service doesn't have the description in the Windows Services. So it means it's not working correctly. Solution for me was: First, enable plugin (rabbitmq_management), (actually, it doesn't start but you helped me a lot, terminal said "plugins set, but service needs to be restarted"). Second, renamed my node name. Third, removed service. Fourth, installed it. Sixth, turn off firewall and antivirus.

Hello ... for this you need to enable the management plugin .. in DOS (command line CMD) as administrator ... navigate to the folder where rabbit is installed ... go to the sbin folder ... imagine this is the path: C: \ Program Files \ RabbitMQ Server \ rabbitmq_server-3.8.8 \ sbin in that folder run the command: rabbitmq-plugins.bat enable rabbitmq_management after that stop and restart the rabbit service ... it can be this command: rabbitmq-service.bat stop rabbitmq-service.bat start after that, everything went well, in the internet browser just type: localhost: 15672 use the default login and password for local access: guest / guest To see a list of plugins that can be enabled use the following command: rabbitmq-plugins.bat list

If errror : Offline changes broker restart then, 1 unistall rabbitmq , 2 remove rabbitmq cookies from browser, 3 download rabbitmq exe file, 4 right click on exe file and do "as administrator " Then it will work
