@TechandDesign Thank you for a great and thorough video! I have one question. You speak of SSD and External drive (during the partition-part). What if the external drive IS SSD? I have one used for backup set to Mac OS Ext (Journaled). I will try to partition and make this my bootup disk now. Do I keep it at Journaled or can I use APFS ? Or Journaled for bootup and APFS for stoage/backup?

so you don’t have an SSD. that’s fine. just format as journaled since you got a normal hdd or maybe Fusion Drive
