Perfect! I'm stuck home on a rainy day and don't want to drive 30 minutes to buy a tool. Thanks to your video, I can stay by my cozy fire.

this looks like the easiest way to do it, and i’m excited to try instead of waiting a week to get some fancy tools i won’t be able to use anyway. the snap i need to place is far from the edge, so i can’t use those pliers. this i can do! thank you!!

Good idea to use a spool. I've been using a nut to place over the raised snap so as not to crush it down.

I bought a onesie top for myself that I need to add snaps to the bottom so it would be easier to use the restroom (rather than undressing myself just to go) at a rather public event so I would have to cut it to do so. Any recommendations on doing this?? It was rather pricey and I would hate to ruin it or mess up!

Copy-paste "How to Add Snaps to The Bottom of a Leotard" into the search box - the lady in the video gives pretty clear step-by-step instructions. Hope this will help you. :0)

Can this be done on leather as well? Or is it too thick for this method? I have the tools to install snaps in leather but, nothing to pound on, unless I use my 3 inch square anvil. Any other suggestions for a pounding base?
@naeemkatiyar27926 жыл бұрын
beadylady3721! It depends on the materialistic quality of the snaps...
