Hopefully this helps a lot of Electric Scooter riders!
What you need: Two Large Steel Tire Levers & Large Vice
INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
This video does not cover removing the wheel or installing the wheel. If you can't manage removing the wheel from wheel from the scooter I would take it to a professional to have this entire service done.
