keep pressing shift button and then right click from laptop or mouse, you should get the option "open command window here", just click on it @@jerrilldurham4556

I have downloaded openssh-win64 zip file, but the files are not same in my openssh-win64 folder, there is no ssh.exe file, I just have ssh file. any help?

try searching this in google: "windows show file extensions". You need to configure your PC to show that last pasrt, .exe. It is just hidden., it displays as ssh but the true file name is ssh.exe. That last part .exe is hidden by Windows. You have to unhide it.
