I've been trying to track down the source of the KM battle music that came with the mod for damn near a decade and have gotten nowhere.

Yes. I run it on windows 7. The way to get it to run is to run it in compatibility mode. Hard to quote this from memory but somewhere in the game properties "right click the game" got to properties find a comapatibility mode option and make sure it runs it as a Windows XP not Windows 7. Also run it in Administrator mode as well. I have not been able to get this mod to run on windows 7 though FYI. Game on the other hand runs great on Windows 7. This game is highly underrated in my opinion.

ok so I am trying to install the patch 1.1 and update my BC install before I install the mod. my BC directory is located right where it should be in c/program files 86/activision/bridge commander. I click the setup file and it opens up but then it says "unable to locate a valid installation of Star Trek Bridge Commander. The installation will now exit." whats up with that? I have checked and my game is right where it should be so I don't understand why its not letting me install the patch.

+KrazyK2009 As long as it's just replacing files in the BC directory it should be okay. Just make sure to make a back up of your BC directory first!

Got a glitches when trying to launch with wide scree resolution. Also, it looks like game launches with wrong videocard :/

+Dandy Frontline You should be able to display your display driver in the graphics options. And the intro/loading screens on start up will not work properly because they do not natively support wide screen resolutions. As long as you get the the main menu everything should be okay.

i have a solution first you need a program called utorrent you can download it for free of the internet once downloaded open up a new page on your browser and type in ispunblock and click on the first site that comes up then it will have a list on sites up near the top click on pirate bay then type in once it loads up star trek bridge commander and that will come up with a list of st bridge commanders you can choose whatever one but i recommend star trek bridge commander maximun warp edition because that comes with the kobyashi maru mod attached once you find the maximum warp edition click the magnet icon and it should ask you to open something click open cause it will be uttorent and just start the download and there
