Bro this is inaccurate bro. Use a metal tape and aresol can or hardcover book insted. This device can't show your exact height or you need to purchase any stadiometer.

Its difficult but still u can gain around 10cm of height in this age. Do regular jumping work and consume aswaganda and milk every day twice with proper diet. Strictly avoid sugar for atleast 3months. It worked for me. All the best brother. I brought the same device to measure my height.

@@drunkenoutsider2325 I'm not sure bro you have to speak to a Doctor. This machine is to measure your height but not to increase your height just for info. Also coming back to increasing height part there is minimal chances of growing that much from 5'11 but that does not mean it is not possible at all keep doing jumping ropes, avoid heavy weight trainings, do calisthenics instead, play basket ball, stretching etc and with proper diet you can even at 25 age but having said that chances are very less and height is all about genetics buddy.

There is no proper one way solution to increase height regardless of what age you are just now. Genetics is key to a person's height. And there is no way to prove its inaccuracy it can be because of a human error(The distance between the ground point and the highest point(200cm) can go wrong during installation which is a reason perhaps of it's inaccuracy other than that the device is not faulty itself if you install it correctly the device shall measure accurately
