How to install SYS-AZ sysport drawers

Here you can see how to install the SYS-AZ drawers from Festool in a homemade sysport cabinet or workbench.
They are pretty well designed with a thin bottom and sides that cover the slides and keep the dust out of the mechanism.

All these drawers were given to me by Festool Belgium, I asked them if I could get or even borrow a few to make sure my design was compatible, to my surprise they sent me 30drawers that I could keep.

Nice, compact explanation! Can you do a simple Sysport cabinet design example for, say, for N drawers (w/o inserts) for under an electronics workbench? Standing and reaching not allowed! : >)

The fifth, longer, euroscrew is to fasten the latch, right? So, you DO need all five.

You got me there, somehow I didn't make the connection between the 5 screws and the latch since I didn't use them.

Hello Tim je trouve ton travail très qualitatif et soigné de plus d'être polyvalent.. J'ai travaillé 10 ans pour mettre de côté de quoi me faire un atelier de ce genre et mes travaux commencerons d'ici septembre peut tu me renseigné un peu sur tes machines Felder en est tu satisfait ou préfère tu d'autres modèles ? I also have a video where I show how I made homemade ones as I originally planned, the plastic ones have some advantages but they are very expensive indeed. If you read the video description or my website then you will see why I used these and how they compare.
