I got a 2015 QX50 with the 3.7 , should I be okay with getting any g37 test pipe ? I would assume it’s the same right let me know as I don’t have much knowledge for it

Yeah it should bolt up to the headers no problem but not sure how the y pipe is so you might have to get a custom y pipe but not 100% sure but it should fit no problem

Thank you bro ,They will fit with a stock one but I do recommend getting an aftermarket y pipe, just so the diameters of the pipes match
